These terms govern your use of GrantSpark. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed — the short version: your content is yours, use the service honestly, and check AI output before you rely on it.
GrantSpark provides grant discovery, AI-assisted application writing and review, and project planning tools. During early access the service is provided free of charge and may change as we build. Fair-use limits apply to AI features and are shown in your team settings.
Content you create or upload — profiles, applications, plans, documents — remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to your team, and to send it to our AI provider to deliver the features you invoke. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.
AI-generated drafts, scores, reviews and plans are assistance, not advice. They can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing everything before submitting it to a funder — including checking eligibility, figures, and factual claims. GrantSpark does not guarantee that any application will succeed, and grant scores or match ratings are not predictions of funder decisions.
Grant listings are synced from public official sources (GOV.UK Find a Grant, UKRI) and refreshed daily, but funders change details and we cannot guarantee listings are always current or complete. Always verify deadlines and eligibility against the funder's own pages before committing effort.
Don't attempt to access other teams' data, probe or overload the service, misuse AI features to generate content unrelated to grant applications, or use GrantSpark to submit fraudulent applications. We may suspend accounts that do.
Early-access software comes without uptime guarantees. We work to keep the service reliable and your data safe (including backups), but the service is provided "as is", and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which during early access is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using GrantSpark and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
